First Course (Appetizers):
Sancocho de verduras o de pollo (Hearty Puerto Rican soup with root vegetables, available plain or with chicken).
Rellenos de papa (Stuffed fried potato ball with ground turkey and garlic sauce).
Tostones (Fried green plantains with Marsha’s sauce or garlic sauce).
Second Course (Entrées):
Arroz con gandules con pollo frito leg and thigh (Traditional Spanish rice with pigeon peas and adobo fried chicken).
Arroz blanco, habichuelas rosadas con carne guisado (White rice, pink beans, and stewed beef).
Third Course (Dessert):
Flan parfait cup (Spanish-style custard with whipped cream).
